Powerful Communication in High-Stakes Situations :

What would you give to hear, ask questions of, and hone your client
communication with an expert in high-stakes communication – someone who has
worked with international media ranging from ABC
and Oprah to the BBC and New York Times,
and Gallup to understand what audiences like and dislike?

Experience it at the June 8 Arizona Institute of Management Consultants (IMC)
meeting with High Stakes
Communication Principal Deborah
Johnson. Her message can benefit your clients as well, so
please invite them.

About The Program: Powerful Communication in
High-Stakes Situations
In a
tough, competitive climate here’s a fresh look at how to keep your existing
clients and get new ones. Learn 6 tips for high-impact conversations so you
gain momentum, engage clients, and win when it counts. We’ll look at how your
DNA drives you, how to build trust from the first moment, how to reverse your
thinking for more success, how to anchor the outcome, and more. And the secret
is that all of this is about how you think and what you do before you ever say a word.

About Your Presenter: Deborah Johnson,
Principal, High Stakes Communication

During her 20-year career in affiliate
TV Debroah worked for top-rated network stations in San Francisco, Seattle,
Phoenix, and Cincinnati. Over the span of her career, she has worked
extensively with national and international print and broadcast media including
the BBC, NPR, and the New York Times. She continues her affiliation with
commercial TV by freelancing for ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, Oprah and Inside Edition.
In addition to video production, Deborah is an accomplished writer. Her work
has been published or distributed across the nation and around the globe.

Eight years of partnering with Gallup
to create TV audience research further honed her skills at understanding the
subtleties of audience likes and dislikes.

Deborah is a six-time EMMY Award-winning writer and producer.
She is a rarity in the world of high-stakes communications. Her Masters Degree
in Cognitive Psychology and Television Production from the University of
Washington, combined with a rich history of experience, gives her unique
insights into how to communicate to highly diverse audiences. She studied with
national expert on eyewitness testimony, Dr. Elizabeth Loftus.

This combination of skills and
experiences perfectly position her to provide powerful coaching and training to
effectively handle high-stakes communications. Her one-on-one, down-to-earth
approach teaches skills to help become confident, resilient communicators in
stressful situations.
