Speaker Profiles Jan Foster of Performance Resources  works with organizations to improve their hiring and employee development practices through an online hiring system (ATS) and assessments that provide statistically validated and predictive data. She represents a suite of assessment tools from several vendors that support the selection and development of top performing employees and leaders. Jan is very involved in several strategic HR leadership forums and the HR and consulting industry in general. Mary Carvour, Director of Human Resources at Coaxis, Inc .  (Viewpoint Software) a  fast growing software company serving the construction industry. She has implemented a variety of assessment tools in her 300+ employee organization for use in selecting new employees, transitioning employees to different roles, and evaluating the leadership team.
