This course is an entry level preparatory course offering 12 points toward CMC certification IMC USA Presents "Mastering Management Consulting”, a course designed to promote effectiveness, excellence, and ethics in the practice of management consulting by exposing participants to tools, techniques, philosophies, and practices that are common among the best in the profession. The course will be launched as a webinar in the IMC USA Academy. It is also available as a face to face class for regional presentation and use by consulting companies and companies with internal consulting groups. This course engages the participants in the 12 topic areas listed below. Most of the topic presentations are intended for use by participants who have been working as consultants from one to three years and people who want to know more about consulting as a career. A number of the topic presentations are useful to more experienced consultants as well as beginning consultants.
