The range of experience is vast having held Department of Defense (DoD) positions in National Security to a faculty position at the University of Phoenix. Dedicated to creating sustainable Six Sigma initiatives within organizations, Mrs. Charles is a dedicated and experienced source of knowledge for clients and colleagues.
