Kevin France, Managing Partner

Momentum Consulting Group was founded by Kevin France, who had a vision of assembling an exceptionally talented and accredited team from multiple disciplines to help companies build powerful organizations to achieve market dominance. This comes after nearly three decades of utilizing his unique and unmatchable skills to achieve market dominance for companies he was employed.

After graduating from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management, Kevin began his journey into sales, and soon after, building multiple National Account Divisions and numerous Healthcare Divisions for Fortune 100 and Fortune 1000 companies.

Kevin has had countless noteworthy accomplishments through his career, from securing the largest contract in the office products industry, to creating divisions that have risen from a few million in sales to in excess of $500 million annually in just a few short years. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Kevin has also been recognized with scores of awards across many industries.

Kevin’s first major role in sales came from W. & H. VOORTMAN LTD Cookie Company based in Burlington Ontario, Canada. After achieving unprecedented success in the position he was hired as Regional Manager for the Southwest United States, Kevin was asked to launch their National Accounts Division, which set Voortman on a path of their own unique market dominance. Kevin continued to rise through the ranks at Voortman, ultimately becoming the Executive Vice President of North American Operations.

Kevin was sought after by Boise Cascade Office Products, who wanted him take his successes in National Accounts and apply it in the Office Products Industry. After nearly 11 years with Boise-OfficeMax in their National Accounts Division selling to FORTUNE 2000 companies, Kevin was challenged to build and lead their largest vertical division – Healthcare. When Kevin began sales were less than $50 million, however, he quickly led Boise-OfficeMax to “award-winning” market dominance with sales skyrocketing in excess of $500 million in an unimaginable period of time!

Kevin’s successes caught the attention of the President of Humanscale, the largest ergonomic company in the world, who hired him as their Global Director of Healthcare. Like he had previously done outstandingly well before, Kevin launched and built their Healthcare Division that within two years became the largest division company-wide.

Kevin’s final role before forming Momentum Consulting Group was as Vice President Of National Accounts for I.S. Group, a non-profit National Cooperative, where he designed and built from inception their National Accounts Division encompassing: training, sales, bid support, marketing, pricing analytic's, operations, process improvement and sustainability. As with all of Kevin’s professional endeavors, his unmatchable skills and unbeatable attitude lead I.S. Group to be awarded the single largest contract in the industry valued at more than $519 million. Kevin’s successes did not stop there with his well-trained National Accounts Team securing numerous other National contracts in which continued to add to I.S. Group’s phenomenal growth.
