I have more than 20 years experience in nonprofit management and fundraising. Earlier in my career I was a nonprofit associate director, director of development and executive director. I have been a consultant for the last 15 years. In late 2013, I started my own firm, The Munshine Group, which currently has nine clients, including a University, a hospital, two independent schools, a YMCA, two military charities, a soup kitchen, and a pediatric hematology-oncology services organization with centers at seven major hospitals in New York and New Jersey. I have consulted to more than 70 nonprofit organizations.
