Tom Casey is the founder and President of Business Consulting Services (BCS), a Small Business Enterprise. He has over thirty years in the consulting industry, with extensive experience in the improvement of business performance and operations, as well as the planning and implementation of information technology strategies. Prior to establishing Business Consulting Services in 1990, Tom served with several large and medium sized firms as consultant, manager and partner. His engagements span a broad range of industries, governments and non-profit organizations, and he services clients throughout the eastern United States and Canada.
He holds an MBA in Finance, and a BS in Management-Marketing Sciences.
Social/Volunteer Organizations
Tom is a Certified Management Consultant, and serves on the Board of the Institute of Management Consultants Philadelphia Chapter as Past President and Programs Chair. He is recognized as a Certified Computer Professional by the Institute for Certification of Computer Professionals. He serves on the Business Intelligence Curriculum Advisory Board for Saint Joseph’s University, and as a Career Mentor for students at several universities.
