Bernard E. Robinson is an experienced, skilled and seasoned performance management consultant and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). For 28 years, his practice focuses on providing custom-fitted performance improvement interventions that include organizational development, training of trainers, training, leadership coaching program management and leadership coaching and the management of change and transition. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Crisis Resource Teaching (Special Education) from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education, with a minor in Business Education from D.C. Teacher’s College. He is a Certified User of the Leadership Practices Inventory, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and a Licensed Problem Solving and Decision Making and Customer Relations trainer.
Bernard is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). This certification is awarded to consultants who have met high standards of education, experience, competence, professionalism and ethics as a management consultant by the Institute of Management Consultants USA, Inc. Recently, Bernard and the Institute were recently selected as a recipient of the 2010 Top 100 Minority Business Enterprise Award. This is a regional award recognizing outstanding women and minority business owners in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, Philadelphia and the District of Columbia. Since September 2014, he also was selected as a member of the Mentor's Guild. The Mentors Guild invites seasoned management consultants and business experts with at least two decades of expertise and a track record of thought leadership to become members. For over 15 years he has been an active mentor for leadership students, business professionals and leaders as well as young and developing entrepreneurs.
