Additional experience includes having served as a U.S.C.G. Licensed U.S. Merchant Marine Engineering Officer-of-the Watch, U.S. Navy Engineering Officer-of-the-Watch (LT/USNR), and U.S. Navy Marine Engineering Laboratory Test and Evaluation Group Manager.
