Mr. Everett focuses on strategy and organization development in the transportation industry. He has worked in the federal government facilitating the interaction of the Federal Aviation Administration with Congress, state and local governments and the aviation industry. He also managed the Airports National Planning and Environmental Division of the agency. Prior to FAA, he served as Commissioner of Aviation at Syracuse Hancock International Airport and Director of City Operations. He worked for several consulting engineering firms doing transportation and aviation planning. He is a retired officer of the U.S. Air Force Reserve. His military career specialties included logistics readiness, education and training. Mr. Everett is a graduate of the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors degree in Urban Studies, major concentration Transportation Planning.
