He has applied his passion for disciplined, rapid improvement with senior executives, middle managers, supervisors and single contributors in the Americas, Africa, Asia, Australia and Europe, designing and leading programs with as few as 12 and over 500 participants, saving clients millions of dollars, often reducing cycle times more than 70%, streamlining processes and fundamentally changing enterprise operations and the organizations’ competitive position in the market.
