More Information
I bring to my clients over 35 years of business experience in both large company settings and entrepreneurial middle market companies.

I am a skilled consultant, facilitator, trainer and mediator who can communicate key business principals in plain English and bring practical results-oriented solutions to my clients.

Over a fifteen year career at Bank of America, from 1975 thru 1989, I held numerous management positions including Vice President, Strategic & Market Planning as well as a Vice President selling both to middle market and large corporate banking customers in the bank's commercial banking divisions. In addition, for five years I was Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of the bank's operations and technology division overseeing a $600MM budget.

After leaving BofA, I was the CFO of three consecutive $20MM+ companies, for the last of which I was also Co-CEO. During these years I managed the merger and/or acquisition of several companies as well as the sale of two companies to FORTUNE 1000 companies.

I hold both Bachelor of Science and MBA degrees from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley as well as having successfully completed executive marketing programs through Columbia and Harvard Universities.

Specialties:Planning, organizational development, finance, marketing, M&A advice, training and facilitation.
