David works with business owners to implement sustainable, positive change that maximizes value for Succession / Exit planning. He helps his clients focus on the key drivers of business value and implement a plan that will allow them to transition on their own terms. Over the life cycle of a business, he assists with general business planning, operational improvements and exit planning. He facilitates planning sessions, conflict resolution and merger negotiations.

David is president of IMC Georgia and has served in several other board roles. He has served on boards and committees of the World Trade Center Atlanta, the Joshua Brown Foundation, Fulton Education Foundation and Leadership North Fulton. He has worked on pro bono projects for several not-for-profit organizations.
David's early career was in banking and financial roles, followed by a position on Freddie Mac’s corporate planning team. He then spent 12 years with Aventis. This included four years in Paris in corporate finance and global mergers and acquisitions work. David was later appointed Vice President of Operations & Finance for a North American subsidiary. He went on to establish his consulting practice in 2000.
He co-founded the Safe Teen Driving Club, keeping him sharp at running a business as he consults with his clients. The Club (www.SafeTeenDrivingClub.org) provides education, awareness, tools and services to parents so that they can ensure a safe driving experience for their teens.
David is fluent in French, conversational in Spanish.
