Shavzin Associates assists organizations in strategy development, execution and accountability. We are a management consulting firm that works closely with client leadership teams to develop and agree on business strategy that emphasizes clear, measurable objectives and prioritization of action and resources.

With Certified Management Consultant (CMC®) credentials, we bring unbiased, candid perspective and expertise to management team alignment, partnering opportunities, exit strategy, succession planning, organizational development, project management and results management.

We focus on profitability and building value, helping management teams in:

Social/Volunteer Organizations
David has been president of the Institute of Management Consultants (Georgia chapter) and is currently Vice President of Strategic Alliances. He is a member of the World Trade center Atlanta and the Association for Strategic Planning. He is on the Advisory Board of the Joshua Brown Foundation (www.JoshuaBrownFoundation.org) and has served on the Board of the Fulton Education Foundation. He is an alumnus of Leadership North Fulton and subsequently served on its Board.


More Information
David's early career was in banking and financial roles, followed by a position on Freddie Mac’s corporate planning team. He then spent 12 years with Aventis. This included four years in Paris in corporate finance and global mergers and acquisitions work. David was later appointed Vice President of Operations & Finance for a North American subsidiary.

He co-founded the Safe Teen Driving Club, keeping him sharp at running a business as he consults with his clients. The Club (www.SafeTeenDrivingClub.org) provides education, awareness, tools and services to parents so that they can ensure a safe driving experience for their teens.

David is fluent in French, conversational in Spanish.
