Mr. Cohen has over 30 years' experience in management consulting for Federal, State and local government agencies, and private organizations. He has directed more than 80 engagements in health, environmental, education, logistics, finance, and general government programs. Primary clients currently served are public sector organizations, especially Federal health agencies. Prior to forming his independent consulting practice, Mr. Cohen was a partner and/or vice president at several leading management consulting firms, including Booz Allen Hamilton, Macro International, and MAXIMUS, Inc.
Mr. Cohen holds an MBA in Finance from the George Washington University and a BSEE from the University of Pennsylvania.
Social/Volunteer Organizations
Mr. Cohen is currently President Emeritus of the National Capital Region (NCR) chapter of IMC USA. Previously, he served as President, Executive Vice President and Vice President, Programs of IMC NCR. He has taught courses in project management and proposal writing for the IMC.
Mr. Cohen was elected a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honorary Business School Society, based upon outstanding graduate academic performance (GPA 4.0). He was for many years a member of the 1000-member International Al Jolson Society.
