Since founding the company in 1982, Mr. Yourzak currently leads 8 consultants serving nationwide clients in: program / project / operations management, new product development, new facility development, process improvement, reengineering and strategy / planning.
They have over 250 total years of experience, and many hold master or bachelor degrees in business and/or civil & mechanical engineering.
Mr. Yourzak also leads training for our clients in: "Project Management", "Motivating & Managing The Project Team", "Operations Management", "Construction Management", "Introduction to Work Analysis", "Principles of Management", "Supervision and Applied Leadership", "Introduction to Business", and "Introduction to Engineering".

Mr. Yourzak has over 35 years experience in management, engineering, manufacturing and education ... initially as an engineer at The Boeing Company. His subsequent management positions have also included serving as: Director of Project Management (for 7 offices with 38 Project Managers), Director of Project Development & Administration, Project Systems Department Manager, Program Manager (for teams up to 55 members), and Project Manager (for teams up to 36 members).
He has spoken before over 100 worldwide audiences including at:
