Rob Betka has over 25 years of experience in performance improvement, business transformation, business process reengineering, and change management in the health care industry. He has assisted numerous health care organizations improve their organization, operations, financial performance and competitive position. His clients have included academic medical centers, integrated delivery systems, community hospitals, and medical group practices. Examples of his value to clients include: identifying and achieving post-merger economies; improving operations as a result of implementing the electronic medical record; reducing costs through process and organizational redesign; implementing best practices for improved strategic and financial performance; facilitating workshops to redesign core processes and care delivery systems. Rob has held senior management positions in such nationally known firms as Noblis Center for Health Innovation, ACS Healthcare Solutions, The Advisory Board Company, and Ernst & Young, and started his career at the Detroit Medical Center. He has published and presented on numerous topics related to health care operations and management. Rob is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a Certified Healthcare Consultant in the American Association of Healthcare Consultants. He holds M.H.S.A. and B.A. degrees from the University of Michigan.
