I possess over 20 years of operations management experience in the tax administration field at the frontline, midlevel and senior level positions. This includes experience in transition management of a Fortune 500 company pursuing government outsourcing opportunities in both the audit and collection areas. I have experience in evaluation of projects to determine areas of vulnerabilities and overall effectiveness and providing recommendations for improvement. In addition, I have experience in Federal, State and Local, and International tax administration processes and measures. I am trained in and served as an instructor with both the quality and system analysis principles. I have extensive teaching experience conducting both technical and managerial training sessions within the compliance arena. I possess an MBA in Global / International Management and is currently working with the Ministry of Finance - Department of Revenue in Monrovia, Liberia reforming their Tax Audit Program.
