Sarah Thrift, Founder and Managing Director of Insight Consultancy Solutions in the UK. Currently relocating to San Francisco area and opening an office here as well.

Sarah, a former McKinsey consultant, has over a decade of international consultancy experience in strategy and operations across a range of sectors including healthcare, technology, consumer goods, financial services and non-profit. Sarah also spent a year working for HM Treasury advising the Chancellor on Corporate Governance issues, and ran a 250 strong sales force for a UK FTSE 250 company.

Her areas of expertise include strategy, business development, sales and marketing, change management and organisation re-design. She is renowned for her ability to bring people together and for the way she transfers her skills and knowlegdge to everyone she works with.
