Nicholas Spanos is a senior manager and management consulting principal with more than twenty-five years of experience in the Information Technology industry. Mr. Spanos possesses strong analytical, organizational, managerial, and technical skills. His management consulting specialties include PMO assessment and setup, IT effectiveness assessments, project management, and technical consulting. Mr. Spanos also has extensive experience managing software development, support, and integration projects.
