Dutch has been a Management Consultant since 1970. He founded Holland & Davis LLC, a large regional consulting firm, and was its CEO until 2009. He currently leads four consulting organizations:

Dutch holds the BS degree in Math and Physics from Baylor University, the MBA from the University of Dayton, and the PhD in Management / Statistics / Operations Research from the University of Texas at Austin
Dutch is the author of several books and more than 300 articles and white papers. He has taught in Executive Education at the University of Houston, the Jones School of Management at Rice University, and at the Securities Industry Institute of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennslvania.

Dutch has been a sponsor of the Houston PMI chapter for a decade. He has received Awards of Excellence from both IMC and PMI. Dutch was one of the founders and sponsors of the Houston Planning Forum (now called the Houston Strategic Forum).

He has led or participated in more than 200 change initiatives across multiple industries for Fortune 1000 organizations. He has trained more than 100 change management consultants who have been members of his firm, Holland & Davis.
