Education/Experience
Ms. Curry holds a B.A. in Recreation and Leisure Studies from California State University, Long Beach, and previously has held a Personal Training certification from the NASM, and Aesthetics licenses in California and Florida.

She has been a speaker at industry conferences, contributes to industry publications, and is an active community volunteer. Lynn received her CMC certification in 2010, and is an educator with Gerson Lehrman Councils.
Social/Volunteer Organizations
Lynn has served as a Governing Board Member at Sonoma Charter School, a public K-8 in the Sonoma Valley Unified School District, and has also served on the Board of Glen Ivy Hot Springs. She is the 2010 recipient of the Marsha Walters Award for Exceptional Contribution to Sonoma Charter School, and holds a first degree black belt in the martial art of Taekwondo.

Memberships also include: ISPA (International Spa Association), ICMAD (International Cosmetics Manufacturers and Distributors), ProBeauty, and and is an active volunteer and participant with American Cancer Society, Sonoma Taekwondo, the Sonoma Valley Unified School District.

After leaving Natural Resources Spa Consulting, Inc. after 14 years, Lynn Curry launched Curry Spa Consulting LLC working with several ownership groups to develop their spas. She also recently launched an anti-aging skincare line working directly with the team made up of microbiologists, investors and sales professionals.

Lynn is he principal of Curry Spa Consulting LLC and continues to consult within the hospitality industry. During her consulting career with NRi, Lynn project managed the spa developments of the award winning Montage Resort and Spa in Laguna Beach, and The Ritz-Carlton Spas at Bachelor Gulch, Laguna Niguel, and Dove Mountain. Other luxury sector spas for which she managed included The Four Seasons Resort Spas of Vail and Westlake Village, The Rosewood Hotel and Resort Spas of Sand Hill (San Francisco) and Mayakoba, Mexico. Smaller spas to her credit include Spa Terra, the spa in the wine cave at The Meritage Resort Napa, The Spa at the Wine and Roses Hotel in Lodi, and The Spa at Casa Munras in Monterey.

Numerous Casino Spas including Sheraton’s Wild Horse Pass Resort, Ameristar’s St. Charles and Black Hawk hotel properties, Boyd Gaming’s Spa at Blue Chip Resort in Indiana, and The Spa at Cache Creek in California are also on Lynn's resume as project manager. Additional projects include The Spa at Loews Coronado Bay Resort, and the Marriott Spas of Starr Pass in Tucson, Napa Valley, and The Lodge at Sonoma Renaissance Hotel.

Lynn’s career began as the Manager of Tourism Development for The Anaheim Visitor and Convention Bureau, leading to her group sales career with Hyatt Resorts Hawaii as a Group Sales Manager, and then to Grand Wailea Resort and Spa in Maui, Hawaii, where she was intimately involved with the opening of Spa Grande in both sales and spa management. She remained with the property for almost five years and was acknowledged as Hyatt’s “Manager of the Quarter” in 1993.

After her tenure in Hawaii, Lynn was the Spa Director at the Hyatt Regency, Pier 66 in Fort Lauderdale, during which time, she consulted on various projects for the spa’s management company.

Lynn resides in the Sonoma Valley with her son and loves to hike and ride her bike!
