| In an increasingly challenging, global business world, leadership success hinges on effective communication that engages employees, key stakeholders and the media. Thunderbird’s Leadership Communication program will deepen your skills in communicating your message with clarity and focus using a practical framework. The program explores how the news media relates to your business and how you can use media interactions to communicate your message. Find answers to questions like, "How can I communicate with employees to shift them from participation to commitment? What leads a ‘public’ to become a ‘key stakeholder’? What information should I share with the media?” You will also practice delivering your message on-camera as you expand your communication skills.
Designed and taught by Taylor Carr, MA, and Caren Siehl, Ph.D., this program is held in the metropolitan Phoenix area. A key program outcome is the opportunity to broaden your network of leaders while sharing best practices and experiences with diverse program participants.
