Business Coaching Secrets: Five Urgent Success Secrets They Never Taught You In Coaching School That Can Easily Generate You An Extra $1,000 - $30,000 Each Month In Coaching Income

Here's what you’ll take away:
  • Why most of what you've learned about how to build your coaching business is WRONG  — and what you need to do right now to course-correct...before it's too late
  • The ONE hidden danger in building your list that could sink the growth of your coaching business, and how to avoid it
  • How to break free of the tired, 1-on-1 coaching model so you can fast-forward your cash flow with grace and ease (and stop heading into burnout)
  • Why you MUST jump onto the most POPULAR coaching trend, else risk being left behind and jeopardizing your business (This is the HOTTEST coaching niche that's most in demand right now...and it applies to you, no matter what type of coaching you've been doing or how new you are to coaching.)
  • The difference between being a good coach and being a financially successful coach (Why are there so many more good coaches than there are rich coaches? I'll reveal how you can be both.)
  • The BIGGEST pricing mistake I see ALL coaches make (it's sad to see well-intentioned coaches unconsciously sabotage themselves in this way)
  • Exciting details about the BRAND NEW, FIRST and ONLY professional coaching association created and run by a MULTIMILLION DOLLAR coach. This association is where I'll walk you through, step-by-step, how to transform your dream of coaching into a lucrative and successful coaching business. Plus, provide you with dozens of F.R.E.E. tools, templates, training, even software to help you run your coaching business.

Joining Kendall on the platform will be noted Author, Speaker, and Past President of the International Coach Federation, Marcia Reynolds, MCC

Marcia Reynolds loves to change people's minds.  She is considered an expert on How the brain works by her clients world-wide.  In addition to coaching executives in multi-national companies, she travels around the world teaching classes in leadership and consulting on organizational change programs.

Excerpts from her interviews and her book, Outsmart Your Brain, have appeared in many places including Fortune Magazine, Investor's Business Daily, Harvard Communications Newsletter, Cosmopolitan, Christian Science Monitor, Family Circle, American Way Magazine, The Los Angeles Times, and The New York Times, and she has appeared on ABC World News, National Public Radio, and Japan Nightly News.

Marcia will challenge you to:
Change Minds: Five ways to make desired changes 'stick.'

Here's the scenario: we make a change, it lasts for a while, then we go back to our old behavior either feeling angry, ashamed, or disheartened. What most people don't realize is that in the brain, there is a difference between deciding to make a change and actually rewiring the brain to make the change permanent. Even mustering large doses of willpower can fail over time; you can't force your brain to change. However, you can convince your brain to change if you follow a few vital steps. These steps are simpler than you think. In this session, you will learn how to:

  1.  Determine the optimal emotional state for change. Learn powerful questions to help shift your clients into this state.
  2. Design a plan for convincing your brain to alter your wiring.
  3. Enlist a community of support to help keep the momentum going. Identify who should and who should not be in that community.
  4. Discover what drives your sense of purpose and passion, two essential elements of sustainable change. Practice exercises you can use with your clients immediately to help them find their purpose and passion as well.

This session will help you strengthen your own personal foundation as a coach as well as provide you tools, exercises and powerful questions to use with your clients.  **************************************************************************

Registration is $135.00 until the event on August 24th
Admission includes a wonderful buffet luncheon and refreshments will be served during the presentation
