The IMC USA Academy for Professional Development is the cornerstone of skill building across disciplines, experience levels, and types of consultants. We supplement this with a broad range of monthly programs and periodic workshops by local chapters and national conferences. Members receive several periodicals to supplement their knowledge of business and consulting issues, including a monthly newsletter. Through IMC USA, Members have discounted access to products of our education affiliates such as RainToday (professional services selling, or rainmaking) and the American Management Association (courses in a wide range of disciplines and topics, plus access to the AMA member only area of their website) and The Business Source (business book summaries). 

Get Known

Through publicity, advertising, and engaging in the public dialog about business and management issues, IMC USA maintains a profile as the professional association for management consultants in the US. It helps Professional Members and Certified Members become better known in their industries and communities through networking opportunities, an online consultant directory, opportunities to speak and present at conferences, availability to the IMC USA website to post content or sell products, and opportunities for exposure through IMC USA's partners. 

Get Business

Members are afforded many opportunities to expand their practices through chapter and national processes. For example, IMC USA has teamed with several vendors to provide members with discounted services, Note that IMC USA is a certifying body whose main value comes from the education and professional network opportunities. Therefore, although we do provide some discounts, our mission remains to promote excellence and ethics in management consulting.
