Mark Haas CMC, FIMC of Research and Organization Management has teamed
with Diane Borhani CMC and Suzanne March CMC of QuantumMark, LLC in a
new project to develop a feasibility analysis, business plan and
marketing plan for the National Association for Public Health Statistics
and Information Systems. NAPHSIS is the organization that oversees
vital records certification and verification, increasingly important for
accurate record of birth, death, marriage and for driver licenses,
public assistance, Social Security, homeland security and other national
personal validation processes. QuantumMark and ROM teamed on this
project because of their IMC affiliation and the ease and effectiveness of an "all CMC"
project team.
This is very interesting and positive for promoting collaboration amongst IMC members. The details would be of even more interest, e.g.: (1) who provided the lead; (2) what the roles and splits were; (3) what the key factors in winning were (beyond CMC hype unless tha t truly was a major factor), and how the teaming partners found each other. mark, feel free to contact me separately to discuss.
