Meet Judith Light, IMC’s New CPC Chair

Judith Light, FIMC CMC, is IMC’s new Chapter Presidents Council Chair. Judith comes to the Board with years of service to IMC, including:

· IMC Board member in the 90s and early 2000s

· Multiple IMC committees including Recognition and Rewards, CMC Certification Committee (previously CRC), National Conference, Confab, Invigorating IMC Task Forcce, Nominating Committee

· Member of the Colorado chapter

Light is excited about her new role. "I want to increase the sense of community among Chapter Presidents. There are many communities in IMC and this one is highly influential on how chapters are developing and finding success,” she says.

"One of the ongoing challenges for the Chapter Presidents is membership,” Light continues. "We need to identify the best possible members, and we need to think about how we articulate the reason these people would want to participate in the organization. My intention is to continue to build the community of chapter presidents. I want to support the presidents to be the leaders at the chapter level in creating that community that attracts consultants who exemplify the IMC standards.”
