University of St. Thomas gets a
Triple Dose of "the Quiet Catalyst”
Jim Rodgers, CMC and IMC USA Board member, presented at the Multicultural Forum on Workplace Diversity,
"Securing the D&I Future: Evolving Strategies, Meaningful Outcomes.” The
Multicultural Forum, presented by the Opus College of Business at the
University of St. Thomas(http://www.stthomas.edu/mcf/default.html),
took place on March 17-18, 2010, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The conference was
attended by executives and diversity leaders in corporate, government,
education, non-profit, healthcare, legal, and leading consulting firms.
Jim Rodgers presented
a Professional Development Institute session, "Rethinking
Diversity Management: How to Produce Tangible Business Results”.
Jim also conducted a workshop entitled "Preparing and Executing a
Diversity Management Strategy,” and was featured as an expert
discussion leader at the Table of Contents event.
Jim said, "I was pleased to present my latest thinking to an
audience that includes enough senior players to make a difference”. The MCF
committee selects only top-notch speakers to present to its audience of
intelligent, seasoned, and highly educated practitioners.
