Thursday Dinner - Constantinus Awards Dinner

The Constantinus Award dinner will be held "under the sea” in The Living Seas Salon of Epcot Center. The venue serves scrumptious food surrounded by stunning underwater views of a Caribbean coral reef.

Following the Constantinus awards dinner, we adjourn to a private patio for dessert and viewing of IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth, Disney’s 14-minute, live pyrotechnic show. IllumiNations brings together the past, present and future of our planet and its colorful nations, and features breathtaking fireworks, brilliant bursts of fire, laser light effects, dramatic fountain barges, a stirring musical score and the world's first spherical video display system—the 350,000-pound Earth Globe—an inspirational nighttime spectacular bursting with surprises.

Friday Dinner - 25th Anniversary Gala Dinner

The 25th Anniversary Gala Dinner will take place at the Buena Vista Palace Hotel and Spa on Friday night, and will be a combined event of the ICMCI trustees / delegates and their partners, and the IMC USA consulting conference attendees. This gala dinner will be a sit-down black tie (or business attire) event, and feature live entertainment.

Partner Program

Thursday

Participants will visit Sea World Orlando, a theme park and marine-life based zoological park offering a one-of-a-kind journey to the wonders that exist beyond the ocean's door. Participants will spend the day at the park visiting the many marine animal residents, and the visit will include a private behind-the-scenes tour with a park marine life specialist where they will hear about the conservation efforts and experience special encounters with sharks, polar bears, and penguins. 10% of the tour admission is donated to the Sea World & Busch Gardens Conservation Fund to support conservation projects around the world.

Friday

Friday takes Partners Program participants to the world of haute couture shopping at bargain prices. Thrill at the opportunity to find 150 outlet stores from the most sought-after designer labels at factory-direct prices. A sophisticated combination of quality designer brands, significant savings, and an architecturally-themed outdoor village setting, caters to upscale, value-minded shoppers; some of the retailers located at Orlando Premium Outlets include Anne Taylor, Burberry, Coach, Diesel, Fendi, Giorgio Armani, Prada, Tommy Hilfiger and Salvatore Ferragamo.

For those Partner Program participants who are not interested in shopping, a day at the spa or on one of DisneyWorld's seven golf courses can be arranged for an additional fee.

Saturday Morning

On Saturday, participants will visit Winter Park and the Morse Museum where they will tour the world’s most comprehensive private collection of Tiffany glass. Participants will be transported to Winter Park, and once there they will tour the museum’s Tiffany collection including jewelry, pottery, paintings, art glass, leaded-glass windows and lamps, and the chapel interior the artist designed for the 1893 World’s Columbian Exposition in Chicago. They will then bus to a scenic guided boat tour which cruises through the lakes and canals on the tranquil Winter Park chain. On any given tour, participants may observe large cranes swooping waterside to snag a large fish or a lazy alligator languishing on a nearby bank, beautiful estates and extensive regional flora and fauna. Upon completion, they will return to the conference venue / hotel for lunch.
