IMC DFW Event Cancellation and Refund Policy

Because IMC/DFW must contract with suppliers for its events the following refund policy will be applied.

When a refund request is made 24 or more hours in advance of an event, IMC/DFW will apply this paid event fee to the same type of future event to be held within 90 days.

Refund requests made within 24 hours of an event cannot be honored.
