Charles Besondy

Charles Besondy is an interim marketing executive, author, business blogger, and speaker with over seven years interim management and consulting experience underpinned by 25 years of strong corporate achievement in marketing leadership positions for start-up and public B2B companies in Seattle and Austin.

Recognized as a thought-leader on the topic of interim marketing and sales management, Besondy has co-authored one book, "Leadership On Demand", and currently maintains two business blogs, One Riot – One Ranger and The Sales Funnel Fanatic.

Besondy is a principal in OneAccord, LLC, a national provider of interim executives for sales and marketing who focus on creating revenue growth for clients.
For his clients, Besondy is most frequently called on to transform under-performing marketing functions by filling gaps in leadership, best-practices, culture, or bandwidth. He drives the marketing transformation by stepping into the organization on an interim or project basis, or by conducting B2B marketing training in his role as Funnel Master for Funnel Academy™ workshops.

Besondy has lived in Austin, Texas since 2000 after escaping from soggy Seattle. On most weekends he can be found on the golf course searching the rough for his ball. He is also active in his church as a group leader. Besondy earned a Journalism degree from the University of Oregon so many years ago.
