Amazon's and Business Week's Best-Selling Author Helps Find Profitability for Your Clients

For many companies a five to ten percent improvement in top-line revenue can mean 100 percent improvement to the bottom-line. For others this can simply mean the difference between a good year and a great year or simply the difference between profit and loss. With competition for revenue at an all-time high, and with companies cutting back on marketing and advertising, it is critical for clients to effectively convert or cross-sell all contracts that they have with their customers. This is Ziad Khoury’s expertise.

On Monday, December 14, Khoury, Amazon's and Business Week's best-selling author of Frontline Profit Machine, will share with us the successful methods he has used to accomplish profitability with such notable clients as Avis, Alamo, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and Sandals resorts. If you have clients who are struggling to increase their profitability, you’ll want to learn from this highly successful consultant and best-selling author. Better yet, invite as your guest one of your special clients so they can learn as well.

Publisher’s Weekly Review says that Ziad Khoury "Provides more substance than many management gurus,” in a review of his Amazon's and Business Week's best selling book, This Orlando-based consultant has been focusing on helping clients to dramatically increase profitability with their current resources since 1993. On Monday, December 14, Khoury will share with us how to estimate revenue this is being "left on the table” and how to engage the customer’s frontline to delivery 10 – 25 percent more revenue while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

And, for the first 40 to attend, you’ll receive a copy of his best-selling book: Frontline Profit Machine: The Blueprint for Exploding Profits with Your Existing Sales and Service Team.
