    • Over the past 10 years, there has been an explosion of technology and information. Our lives are moving faster-and growing more complex.
    • We are bombarded with a flood of messages, emails, voice mails, cell phone calls, and people wanting us to do things. We are constantly nagged by the things we forget to do or should be doing.

Do you need new work habits for the 21st Century?

    • In this 90-minute session from Mission Control, you will examine how you handle everything to do, including the unconscious habits that govern your level of productivity and your experience of stress and overwhelm.
