Brian is a strategic leader and advisor with more than 25 years of experience in security management, enterprise risk, and organizational resilience. He has led complex, multinational initiatives spanning security operations, critical infrastructure protection, crisis management, and business continuity across diverse sectors and geographies. His work includes directing a Global Security Operations Center, conducting country-level critical infrastructure assessments, and advising executive leadership teams on strategic risk governance and operational resilience.

Brian has served on the first global board of ASIS International, the world’s largest professional association for security management, where he helped advance global standards and professional practice. He has also delivered strategic consulting engagements for top-tier organizations, instructed professional certification programs, and taught university courses as an adjunct faculty member. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping security frameworks, governance structures, and resilience strategies that align operational capability with enterprise objectives.

A graduate of the United States Military Academy with a BS in Engineering. Brian holds the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation and is a Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute (FBCI). Some of his additional certifications include the Certified Protection Professional (CPP), the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and the Senior Lead Implementer certification in both ISO 22301 and ISO 27001. He also holds an MA from Webster University, an MSIA from Norwich University, and an MBA from the Henley Business School.
