“BUILDING A SUPPORTIVE TRIBE”

Featured Facilitator:

Juan Negroni, President, The Tally Consultancy, LLC.

Chair, IMC-USA National Board of Directors

Many of us are solopreneurs and/or entrepreneurs. The successful among us will confirm they did not excel entirely on their own. On the contrary, they built a strong support network of colleagues, friends, mentors, and accountability officers – a supportive tribe – to keep them on track and in focus. In this interactive session we will:

  • Define a supporting tribe and the positive impacts on you and your business
  • Explore key elements necessary for a supportive tribe and network
  • Create a support system roadmap you can start implementing immediately

Join IMC Philly and Juan Negroni as we engage in a lively dinner “buzz session” exploring this important key to both a successful personal and business life.

Juan Negroni is a consultant, speaker, writer, and coach. He has guided management teams in pinpointing and eliminating performance barriers and getting work teams re-engaged. He is the newly elected board chair for IMC-USA and a member of the National Speakers Association. He has used his facilitation and training skills globally in sessions on strategy formulation, management and supervisory development, ethics, and team building.
