“Time Management Techniques Increase Profits,
Results & Peace of Mind in 2019"

Presented by Christina L. Suter
Ground Level Consulting

Christina L. Suter has worked in the small business environment for two Christina Suterdecades, and is a recognized expert in the dynamics of small business and what ensures success.

The goal of Surter’s Pasadena-based Ground Level Consulting firm is to help small business owners achieve the results they want. These results typically include: increasing profits; reducing hours spent managing their business; implementing integrity and quality standards; improving customer service; and other vital enhancements that smooth business operations and upgrade performance.

Suter believes that even in the best economic climate, a large number of companies find it difficult to remain profitable and to keep their doors open. Even in a good economy, running a business can be an exceptionally challenging task, and business owners who want to become and remain successful need to master a broad range of skills that most entrepreneurs may not have learned previously. Suter advises clients that being passionate about their product or service is a great start, but it's not enough to be successful.

Suter will describe how she works hand in hand with clients to ground their dreams on a strong foundation, so they can lead their company in the direction they want. Clients learn how this journey takes time and effort, but that the outcome is well worth it. Along the way, clients learn, practice and improve such business skills as: budgeting, business and personal time management, cash flow management, leadership skills, managing multiple projects, systemic systems and work flow management.

Most importantly, Suter will address how she focuses on the client as a unique individual, not just as the company owner. She explores their personal desires, goals and vision, and asks how their day-to-day business can better support their ideal lifestyle, with less stress and more time to play. Suter helps find the balance that lets a business work for its owner. Suter can be reached at or by calling 310 463-5942.

Networking begins at 7 a.m. The breakfast will begin at 7:30 and the roundtable discussion will begin at 7:45 a.m.
