 Presenting the Consultant’s Round Table

Make each engagement a home run
Roundtable discussion led by Dick Morgan

Hall of Fame consultants ensure that every engagement exceeds the client's expectations. That includes a careful review of a project's final results.

You get just so many times at bat. Consider each engagement a learning experience and an opportunity to become a client's trusted advisor. A baseball manager keeps track of every player's 'at bat' performance.

Do likewise. You know, your clients quietly score you based on perceived results.

Come prepared to briefly outline one of your own successful engagements, along with why it went so well for you and your client. You also might present a problematic engagement along with what you should have done differently.

Hear your peers candidly share their  experiences.

  • Why become a trusted advisor?
  • Establish client expectations from start to finish
  • Manage engagement scope and report progress
  • Collaborate and communicate with client and client's staff

Our Round table really is a safe space to share and get feedback from peers, along with client engagement techniques for you to consider.

Keep in mind; the person who never makes a mistake usually takes orders from someone who does!
