Linda has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry in all areas of insurance underwriting and risk. With a focus on intelligent insurance strategies to manage risk, she focuses on small businesses and matches the requirements of a contract or lease with their business needs.
Her agency offers business liability, professional errors and omissions liability, workers compensation, commercial automobile, employment practices liability, cyber liability and directors and officers insurance.
Linda has been an instructor for the VA Property & Liability Insurance Agent’s licensing course in Virginia for over 10 years and is responsible for licensing many local Virginia agents. She was also an instructor at the Mason Enterprise Center and the Fairfax Small Business Development Center.
Linda is a member of the Tyson’s Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce. She is past President of the Rotary Club of Centerville and Chantilly and has received the Small Business Advocate of the Year award from the Central Fairfax Chamber.
She is a graduate of James Madison University with a degree in Psychology and Education.
Panelist: Thomas Ntuck | State Farm Insurance Agent
Mr. Ntuk has been in the financial services industry for the past 41 years, including 34 years as a State Farm Insurance Agent.
He focuses on auto, health, life, and business, and property insurance. With a focus on the international community, Mr. Ntuk has delivered 600 fee-based sales seminars and workshops in the US, Canada, and Mexico. He is a member of State Farm’s President’s Club and the Million Dollar Round Table.
In addition to his role as an insurance agent, Mr. Ntuk is a professional member of the National Speakers Federation. He is also the co-author of the Amazon Best Seller Book The Success Blueprint: The World’s Leading Experts Reveal Their Secrets for Success in Business and Life.
He has a B.S. in Business/Commerce General and a B.B.A. in Business Managerial Economics. from Methodist University.
Panelist: Karen Buckley-Camp|Financial Services Representative, Financial Advisor, and Financial Planner|Mass Mutual
Ms. Buckley-Camp provides has been in the financial services industry since 1989. She works individuals, families, independent consultants, small businesses, small nonprofits, and school system employees with their insurance and investment needs.
Her services include providing life, health, dental, and vision insurance, short and long-term disability insurance, long-term care insurance, and retirement planning (IRAs, ROTH-IRAs, SIMPLE IRAs, SEP-IRAs, 401(K)s, Individual 401(K)s, 403(b)s, 457 plans, and Defined Compensation plans. She also helps individuals with college funding strategies such as UTMAs and 529 plans, 401(k) rollovers, annuities, and Medicare Supplement polities, and Medicare Supplement policies.
Raised in Edina MN, she has B.A. cum laude in International Relations from Mt. Holyoke College, and an M.A. in Social Anthropology from the University of Texas at Austin.

Moderator: Carla A. Fleming, CEO and Founder, Pivoting Strategies
Ms. Fleming has over 25 years of marketing and sales experience. She spent 20 years with IBM in a variety of marketing and sales positions building strategies to grow small, medium, and large enterprise markets, both nationally and globally. She has also worked for The Brookings Institution and with nonprofit organizations including The United Way of Alexandria as Board Chair and Marketing Committee Chair where she built the messaging for the local chapter that became the foundation for the Live United campaign of the United Way.
Ms. Fleming has taught MBA level students at The George Washington University and at the Johns Hopkins University Carey School of Business.
She has B.S. in Management with a Concentration in Journalism and Mass Media for Rutgers University, The State University of New Jersey and a M.B.A. in Marketing from The George Washington University.
