This is our first meeting of the 2020's. Much has changed in the past decade. How have these changes affected us and our practices? How will our practices change?
How Will Your Practice Change
in the 2020's?
One of our important roles with our clients is to help them plan, to adapt their organizations to accommodate the changes that impact their industry and the way they do business. How can they be the disrupter, rather than the disrupted?
How well do we do that for ourselves? How much thought have you given to the way the consulting industry - and your practice in particular - has changed in the past decade? What do you have to do to keep up or, better yet, stay ahead? How will the services that you provide to your clients, and how you provide those services, be different in the coming decade?
Be prepared to discuss the ways we can make innovative, positive changes to energize and improve the likelihood of success of our efforts. This will be the objective of our discussion.
Our discussion leader will be Norman Eckstein CMC, FIMC, President of Eckstein Management Consulting.
Please try to attend. If you cannot attend in person, you can participate through a Zoom conference room that we will open by 7:45. Use this link at that time: https://www.zoom.us/j/560001342.
This is one of our three monthly breakfast meetings.
We offer three locations throughout the Greater Chicago Area
First Friday ABC - Northbrook @ Max & Benny's
Second Friday ABC - South Barrington @ Panera in the Arboretum
Third Friday ABC - OakBrook @ Corner Bakery in OakBrook Mall
Our ABC meetings are interactive discussions, so come prepared to participate. Members engage in high level networking with colleagues to perfect our craft and build stronger relationships. We provide insights to help you grow your business and enhance its success. Feel free to invite a guest, especially a prospective IMC member, to attend.
There is no charge to attend our meeting - each person is responsible for the cost of your own breakfast.
