Rebecca Wagner, a talent management specialist and Certified Predictive Index Master Trainer, from Accord Management Systems, Inc., will discuss how organizations can achieve greater success by maximizing their greatest asset, their people.

About Rebecca Wagner

Rebecca Wagner studied psychology and music composition in college where she began drawing connections between behavior and the business world. When you hear an orchestra tune their instruments before a performance, their goal is achieved when you can no longer hear a singular player, when they achieve a cohesive sound. In a company, the same theories of resonance and harmony exist. Rebecca helps organizations achieve this harmony by implementing elegant and simple tools that lead to stronger systems of accountability. She coaches executives (conductors) to provide the values, vision, tempo, and pace to the organization. Then she teaches them to provide clear expectations to their managers (first chairs). When teams run more cohesively and autonomously towards the mutual vision, they are freed up to work on the important tasks, like making an impact. Leaders call Rebecca when they are not getting the traction they want. They have bad turnover, lack of organizational structure and trust. Others may have a fantastic culture, and can’t afford to lose it. She helps leaders work ON their business instead of IN their business. Rebecca has coached leaders in the C-suite, she has used her insights to help hire those leaders and speaks to their organizations at corporate retreats and user conferences. She uses a holistic approach to human capital development to make sure the right people are in the right seats.

Currently the Director of Organizational Development at Accord Management Services, Inc., she has worked at the company in various capacities for a total of four and a half years and now runs the Predictive Index (PI) division. She is a certified consultant in Talent Optimization and a certified PI Master Trainer. In her past life she has sold small commercial and residential solar, and opened a flagship makeup store for a Scandinavian brand here in the U.S. She was an EMT in college volunteering for her local squad. When Rebecca is not guiding her clients to the success they want, she is camping, off-roading, cooking, or tuning pianos.
