Whether the problem lies with your team mates or with your client, there are proven ways to defuse, control and manage the people side of the equation. In an interactive collaborative manner, she will share tips and techniques designed to minimize the most often encountered difficulties which may threaten to derail your project. She plans to engage the participants by soliciting their contributions as well. So come to this session with your tips to share and be prepared to collect even more that you can apply to your practice immediately.
