Through the Eyes of the Executive Suite

Interim Executes tell all—the positives, the challenges and how you can position yourself to be an interim executive

IMC will be hosting a panel of Interim Executive Consultants who will share their industry views and how interim work has changed their business. Here are some topics they will be covering:

  • How will leadership be different in the future than it has been in the past?
  •  Name two factors that will be critical to the success of CxOs in the future.
  • What three words represent the traits of the future CxO?
  • What types of external expertise will be most valuable in the future?
  • How does an interim executive consultant add value when they are only there to fill a gap or manage a transition?
  •  Want to know how they juggle clients or find their next gig?
  • Is interim work right for me?

Bring your questions and curiosities and join us for what is sure to be a rousing panel discussion. We have some local consultants who will tell you the 'inside scoop' from both the consulting and executive's perspective.
