David will share his journey of taking his vision as an entrepreneur, community leader, industry leader, and economic leader. He'll demonstrate how and why vision is necessary and critical to exponential growth, relevance and competitive advantage.
BIO: David is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Flexential and an Operating Partner with IDEA Fund Ventures. Flexential takes a consultive approach to creating hybrid IT solutions that flex over time to future-proof their clients' IT needs.

While we might agree "a picture is worth 1,000 words", most default to using words to convey ideas. When engaging others into your vision, there can be a communication breakdown if you rely on words alone. Then we wonder why "they" didn't get it. 

David's workshop will help you understand how utilizing the principles of visual thinking, and put them into practice to have a massive impact on your ability to communicate. These techniques are even more valuable in a collaborative environment.

BIO: David spent 6 years at Bank of America developing and leading programs focused on integrating the principles of innovation into Six Sigma culture. He was also an "on loan" subject matter expert to China Construction Bank when the built their New Product innovation lab.
