Who Owns Your Intellectual Capital?

Is Your Intellectual Property Protected?

Acclaimed as "one of the Best Intellectual Property Attorneys in the Southwest” William A. Munck, will challenge you to take another look at an undervalued business asset – your intellectual capital.

William’s presentation will focus on:

  • What constitutes intellectual capital?
  • When you have and don’t have rights
  • Copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and patents – what is the quick definition, when do you need them and how do you obtain them?
  • How are rights created and assigned; can you provide or divide rights?
  • The impact of Social Networking on intellectual capital
  • How can a little USB drive, email or other copying methods impact your business?
  • What language should your consulting contract contain concerning your intellectual property?

William’s quick-fire presentation style will engage your imagination and assist you in re-thinking, properly packaging and valuing your intellectual property. Come join us to hear an expert provide us with a primer that will become a key element of your 2011 Business Planning Strategy.

Network, enjoy the informal interchange with professional colleagues, and come prepared to challenge the speaker with your probing questions.
