About your presenter - Dr. George Land:

George Land is an author, speaker, consultant and general systems scientist. In 1965 he founded a research and consulting institute to study creative performance. This research ultimately led to the formulation of Transformation Theory. From the principles of growth, creativity and change, Dr. Land developed unique strategic thinking and innovation processes for organizations. He invented the first computer interactive approaches to group innovation, decision-making and strategic thinking. His processes are now licensed by over 400 major corporations worldwide.

About your presenter - Kim Kressaty:

Kim is a Partner at Farsight Group. She spent nearly 30 years working in both Consumer Packaged-Goods and Business-to-Business arenas. She spent part of her career in executive Organizational Effectiveness positions, focusing on executive and senior manager leadership development and performance management. Kim was a client of the Farsight Group and deployed the process for Strategic Innovation and now works in partnership with Dr. Land to facilitate this ground breaking methodology to organizations worldwide.

  • Due to a larger group expected for this presentation, we have altered our start time and place from the University Club to the Heard Museum. Parking is available on the North and East side of the Museum. Free guided tours of the museum are available after the event – if requested.
