Tom Jackson
Tom Jackson
Principal - Sale Fish Marketing

After nearly 12 years with Nortel as Global Business Development, Sales Operations & Social Media Strategist, in the spring of 2009, Tom found himself with time on his hands as a result of a lay-off.

Tom decided to ‘give back' and help others who were laid off. The idea behind Sale Fish Marketing -- a company that develops social media marketing strategies, Go-to-market implementation and competitive market analysis -- was born. He also created social media strategies that improve Google SEO, SEM and page ranking and implemented LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Blogs and analytics to drive measurable performance.

To give back, he has published a number of articles, blogs, slide presentations and videos. He also has taught hundreds of individuals in transition the secrets of ‘fishing' for their next opportunity. This imperative to give back has resulted in developing a strategy that Tom offers to individuals in transition and companies who want to easily access NEW ideal clients.

Tom is a strategic sales and business development professional focusing on opportunities within the technology and energy sectors. Tom holds a BSEE and MBA and currently works for Invensys in Cyber Security Business Development, Strategic Cyber Security Social Media Marketing roles. Tom has also worked for companies such as Texas Instruments, Ericsson and Siemens in a variety of sales, marketing and business development positions.

How to ‘FISH' For And Catch Your Ideal Clients & Target Companies!

How to ‘FISH' For And Catch Your Ideal Clients & Target Companies will help you:

  • Identify and create a targeted list of companies for your business strategies and sales plans.
  • Learn the secrets of using the unknown but robust, free ReferenceUSA database to extract and prioritize your target companies. Targeted companies are those businesses that fit your consultancy or your client's background, geography, business size and ideal customer.

Do you know how to ‘FISH' for new clients or target companies?

Do you know how to connect with your ideal clients?

Do you spend time and money ‘networking‘ with the wrong individuals or groups?

Tom will conclude the presentation with a walk through of a proprietary database that he has created of nearly 14,000 DFW companies, sort-able by industry. You will receive access to this database and other tools to help you identify and market to NEW CLIENTS and TARGET COMPANIES.

All of the presentation materials, including the 14,000 DFW company database, will be made available for free to all who attend. An online forum will also be opened after the presentation for you to share your learnings and results with others!
