In this webinar we explore how to leverage multiple social media (or "lateral” platforms) to get heard and develop the "echo effect” needed to effectively accumulate customer and market touch points to move buyers to a desire to purchase services.  Association platforms including IMC, media platforms, blogs and other channels will be considered as well as tools to manage how you choose what platforms to consider.

Mr. Newman brings 25 years of experience in strategy and operations planning across multiple industry sectors.  He is a Certified Management Consultant since 1995 and has led several consulting practices at Booz & Company, DMR Consulting, KPMG BearingPoint, and Grant Thornton.

Mr. Newman is a trained SA-8000 social accountability consultant since 1999 and Social Fingerprint coach and trainer since 2011.  He is a graduate of the Henry Samueli School of Engineering at UCLA, and received his master’s degree (MBA) at the Conrad L. Hilton School of Business at Loyola Marymount University.  He is a member of the adjunct faculty at Northwood University, a participant in the University of Oregon Sustainability Leadership Program, and a member of the McKinsey QuarterlyExecutive Panel.  Mr. Newman is based in Detroit.  You may follow him on Twitter (william_newman).
