How to Keep Your Money:
Tips for Consultants and Their Clients

With David Brown, Founding Partner, and
Beth Rautiola, Attorney,
Brown & Streza LLP, Attorneys at Law

Making money is only half of the challenge. The other half to building wealth is to keep that money and to pass it on to succeeding generations or to other recipients of your choosing. This is true for your consulting practice and for many of your clients, especially smaller and privately-owned companies.

For practical solutions and tools that you and your clients can use, join us at our IMC Orange County breakfast meeting on March 8 as two top attorneys from Brown & Streza LLP discuss some of the available tools that can help you hold on to your money now and for generations to come. Presenters will be David Brown, Founding Partner, and Beth Rautiola, an Attorney specializing in business planning. Topics will include:

  • How to Give Away Your Assets and still keep them
  • Types of Living Trusts, and why you need one
  • Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts (ILIT)
  • Qualified Personal Residence Trusts (QPRT)
  • Non-reciprocal Trusts
  • Buy-Sell Agreements, and why your clients need one
  • Business Succession Planning, and how to get started
  • The Role that Life Insurance can play
  • And a lot more...

If you are a consultant, do not miss this presentation on March 8 on the all-important topic of wealth building for you and your clients. This will also be a great opportunity to network with your fellow Southern California consultants.
