Keith A. Daniel
Principal, Healthcare Practice Leader

Keith is a Principal in the Audit and Assurance Services group and the firm’s Healthcare Practice Leader.  He is a graduate of Georgia State University.  Prior to joining HLB Gross Collins, P.C., Keith spent 14 years in public accounting and another 12 years as the CFO of a multi-national manufacturing and distribution company. Keith provides audit, advisory, attestation and other assurance services for privately-held businesses and non-profit organizations. Within the healthcare industry, he has represented senior care organizations in skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, assisted living, home healthcare and home hospice businesses.  Additionally, he has worked with medical device manufacturers, medical technology business, as well as, physician practices. He focuses on planning for companies in order to enhance profitability and maximize financial success. The Affordable Healthcare Act has added a significant dimension to his advisory work. 
Jack Curtis

Jack Curtis is founder and CEO of Corporate Health Partners.  With more than thirty years of business experience, Jack is known for his high-energy leadership, analytical ability, team-building and organizational skills. He is instrumental in engineering the measurability of all CHP program core components and lead in all analytics and ROI reporting for CHP clients. Prior to founding Corporate Health Partners in 2002, Jack was President and Chief Operating Officer of a multi-facility medical firm that performs executive physical exams. Jack previously also served as general manager of a $50 million Berkshire Hathaway business unit. He earned his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and his M.S. in Engineering Management from the University of Tennessee.
Steve Needle
President, Employer Services

Steve Needle established The McCart Group’s Benefits practice in 1991. In addition to Steve’s overall management responsibilities, he is involved with the active development of new strategic initiatives, focusing on benefit design, project management, funding alternatives and implementation for the firm’s larger corporate accounts. Under Mr. Needle’s 20 years of leadership, The McCart Group Employer Services Division has grown to 40 full-time Benefit employees and earned preferred broker status with most major health insurance carriers. The Affordable Care Act has provided new opportunities for strategically advising employers concerned with compliance and minimizing the impact of the new law. Mr. Needle is a thought leader for alternative risk strategies for the group health insurance market, exploring opportunities in vertical markets such as Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) and Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangements (MEWAs).

Jeffrey M. Gallups, M.D., F.A.C.S
CEO & Medical Director 

Dr. Jeffrey M. Gallups, founding partner of Milton Hall, is a double board certified physician specializing in nasal and sinus disorders. His certifications include the American Board of Facial and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Gallups holds the highest position of designation as Fellow in three acclaimed societies: the American College of Surgeons, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Gallups received his doctorate of medicine from the University of Alabama School of Medicine. He completed his internship at the University of Alabama and his residency at Emory University. Subsequently, he completed an Emory-affiliated fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He then joined the full-time faculty at Emory University School of Medicine/Emory Clinic as director of the Sinus Center.
