How to Become a Client Magnet:
War Stories and Insights

by Pete Crosby,
Co-founder of CGR Management Consultants

In the consulting business, there is nothing more important than the ability to attract the clients you want on a consistent basis, and the ability to keep the clients you have. When potential clients have a need in your area of expertise, your name or the name of your team should be first on their mind. They must believe in advance that you and your team can meet and exceed their expectations -- and of course you and your team must then be able to deliver.

To learn the principles of becoming a client magnet, join us on November 14 as Pete Crosby, a successful logistics management consultant since 1969, shares war stories and insights that have helped him penetrate some of the world's largest companies. Hint: Pete is not a lone wolf consultant, but is the co-founder of a management consulting firm (CGR) and co-founder of a professional consultants association (FCG).

All are welcome, not just IMC members. This will not only be a great learning experience on becoming a client magnet, but also an opportunity for you to network with your fellow consultants and other self-employed professionals in the Greater Orange County area. Think about techniques that have worked for you in attracting clients..
