More about our speaker

About Tom Ferguson:

Tom FergusonGrew Flowserve from $1.2 billion in sales to $3 billion over five years, including the consolidation of sales forces from four business units to a single sales force of 400 technical sales people.  This moved Flowserve from #6 to #1 in the engineered pumps industry.  The consolidated sales organization included global distribution, commodity sales and high margin engineered product sales.

Pioneered Fixed Price Strategies For Products and Services: Under Tom’s direction, Flowserve sold and delivered high margin, "fixed fee” contracts to numerous customers providing pumps, related products and maintenance for five years.  This contributed to Flowserve’s move to #1 in their industry.

Tom Ferguson currently serves as President & CEO at AZZ Incorporated, a Fort Worth manufacturer with sales of $570 million. You will walk away with a checklist for putting these ideas to work in your consulting practice.
